Claude Bot

A personal assistant that runs on your own computer.

Claude Bot is a self-hosted application. You install it on a machine you control, and it runs there: there is no Claude Bot server, no hosted account, and no copy of your data anywhere but your own computer.

What it does

How it uses Google

If you choose to connect a Google account, Claude Bot uses the Gmail API to read the messages it is summarising and to apply labels, archive, and mark as read on your behalf — the same actions you would take in Gmail yourself. It can also read Google Calendar and Google Drive if you ask it to. Nothing is deleted, nothing is sent from your account, and you can disconnect at any time.

Connecting Google is optional. Claude Bot works without it; you simply do not get the email digest.

Privacy

Your mail, files and messages stay on your machine. See the privacy policy for the detail.
